Rose has also created MMA history by winning this fight since she was the first woman to challenge to win the title of champion in an organization that is a major one. Namajunas was able to win several fights after this win, including defeating Joanna Jedrzejczyk on two occasions. This resulted in Namajunas Performance Of The Night accolades from UFC.
